I just found this deal AGAIN! You can score FREE Alba chapstick at the Commissary when you use the tearpad coupon good for $2/1 any Alba product Coupon (expires 10/31/12). They are less than $1.90 before coupon, so a teeny bit of 'overage' too. If you find the tearpad please leave some for other shoppers too-it's good karma to share right? ;)
