The DeCA rolled out a new program many months ago...the Commissary Rewards Card. It is a Commissary store card that allows you to upload digital coupons onto it. Unfortunately it is limited only to the digital coupons offered on the commissaries.com website at this time. However the coupon offerings have improved. They now even offer coupons for FREE products. You will want to note that there are a limited quantity of FREE product coupons and they do run out quickly. If you don't already have a rewards card, pick one up at your local Commissary and register it online HERE. Upload digital coupons onto it using the link HERE. You can also sign up for email notifications HERE. These are handy as they will notify you everytime new coupons are placed onto the website.
