Good News! The Commissary Rewards program has expanded! You can now load digital coupons onto you Commissary rewards card via the SmartSource Xpress app on your ipad or smartphone This is a free application to download. For more information, click HERE. I found it to be fast and very easy to use. Digital coupons will continue to be offered via the commissaries.com website as before as well.
